did a solid 2 hours of ski today. felt really good. the weather was superb. On another note, i am getting much better at the rollers, but not as good as geoff, almost, so watch out!

the next day after stretching video i skipped p90x and did cross country skiing for 1.5 hours. and the day after that i did some roller practicing. yesterday i did the kenpo, which i found moderately hard, not as hard as the plyometrics. today i am going to get some rollers that i am borrowing from deveer w00t.

p90x

did my first session of the p90x yesterday. I started out with the polymetrics video. 1 hour of intense jumps and squats which really used all of my muscles.

today i did the stretching video. Man, I feel good. Really helped loosen up my tight hamstrings. My back feels straighter also. I think this will help me with my tight leg muscles a lot!

2 out of 90 days done!

apparently after this 90 days ill have a beach body.
